Mix equal volumes of Berger Top Super Emulsion with clean water before application. For highly porous surfaces, use slightly more water in the first coat to balance surface absorption. Apply evenly using a brush or roller. Allow the first coat to dry before applying the second. Clean all tools, brushes, and rollers immediately after use with soap and water.
