Product Description

Berger NU Prime Seal is a high-performance primer specially developed for new plaster surfaces. It provides strong resistance to alkali and moisture, two common issues found in freshly plastered walls. By forming a tough and flexible film, NU Prime Seal prevents moisture from migrating through the substrate, protecting your final paint layers from peeling, blistering, and early deterioration. Ideal for interior use, it ensures superior adhesion and a smoother, longer-lasting finish.

Application

- **Surface Preparation**: Ensure the plaster surface is fully cured, dry, clean, and free from grease, dust, or loose particles. - **Thinning**: For brush application, thin (1:1) with clean water depending on surface absorbency. - **Coating**: Apply evenly with brush or roller. For best performance, apply **two coats** of NU Prime Seal. - **Old Surfaces**: Remove all defective or flaking paint using sandpaper or a stiff brush. After priming, apply Berger Wall Putty if additional surface smoothness is required. - **Restrictions**: Designed for **interior use only**. Not recommended for damp walls or exterior surfaces.
