Product Description

Berger Weathercoat Pure Seal is a premium water-based acrylic exterior primer, specially formulated to protect new plaster and masonry surfaces. Its advanced formula resists alkali and moisture, preventing early deterioration of the paint system. By forming a tough, flexible, and breathable film, it enhances the durability of topcoats and ensures long-lasting protection against dampness and surface degradation. Ideal for exterior walls, it provides a smooth, uniform base that improves adhesion and finish of subsequent paint layers.

Application

Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, or loose material before application. Remove poorly adhering paint using abrasive paper or a stiff brush. Apply one coat of Weathercoat Pure Seal evenly with a brush, roller, or spray. Allow 2–3 hours of drying time before applying Berger Exterior Putty or a suitable topcoat. For best results, use under Berger Weathercoat emulsions to maximize protection and durability.
